On June 9th, 7:30pm Beirut time, Techfugees Lebanon is inviting you for a demo of Talent Beyond Boundaries’ “Talent Catalog Software” being used in the Digital Corridor Program to professionally resettle displaced talents looking for work opportunities in the tech sector.
The Talent Catalog is the first online platform of its kind to collect comprehensive data on the professional backgrounds of thousands of refugees and displaced people.
The Talent Catalog was designed by TBB in collaboration with a number of refugees with tech expertise in Lebanon and Jordan. Since its launch in 2016, more than 40,000 refugees have registered. When refugees enter their education, qualifications and professional experience into the Talent Catalog, a CV is automatically generated and available to download and share with potential employers. The data collected in the Talent Catalog demonstrates the breadth and depth of talent within the global refugee population.
In 2021, TBB chose to ‘open source’ their Talent Catalog software in the hope it might be useful to others in the sector.
