New year, new partners, new HACKATHON!
Join us on Friday Jan 26th to Sunday Jan 28th alongside our partners NatWest and IBM as we hack together solutions to create a more inclusive social environment in the UK for refugee women and children to thrive in.
We will have two streams – one for university students and one for professionals. All are welcome to participate. You will have the opportunity to harness the IBM Watson APIs to in your build, get hands-on coaching from seasoned engineers and mentors from NatWest, IBM and the startup community, and hear the inspirational stories of refugee entrepreneurs who have battled the odds to achieve success in the UK.
In addition to the traditional prizes for the winning teams, the lucky few will also have the opportunity to get coaching from RBS’ own accelerator partnership, Entrepreneurial Spark. University teams attending the competition will have their own stream with prizes to be revealed in the new year!
