Started in Paris in 2018 in order to meet the specific needs of the women refugees met within Techfugees’ community eager to embrace a new career in digital or tech jobs, the Fellowship & Pathway programmes, previously known under the brand #TF4Women, scaled in Italy and Greece in 2021 and are now independently operated by Sistech.

Our Digital Spark Program

Digital Spark is a fully sponsored scholarship program to receive remote education on Design, IT support, Project Management and Data Analytics around the world. Each participant get a free access to a self-learning platform and joins a local community of digital learners to get support and advise. More information about the program here

OUR DIGITAL CORRIDOR PROGRAM

The Digital Corridor program aims at fostering access to job opportunities in the tech sector for refugees through two different means: remote work and professional resettlement. Kickstarted in 2021, it entails 1/ a three month apprenticeship scheme for 30 individuals, digitally upskilling the participants in data labelling, professional English, IT and soft skills to find remote work opportunities (the Job Readiness Springboard) 2/ a job matching service for software developpers looking to leave a crisis affected country.
