1. Dear Techfugees,

   I hope this finds you well.

   I am a Syrian researcher in the field of higher education for refugees and migrants. I just moved to Paris. I am not officially a refugee in France.
   I would really be interested in attending the summit in Paris and I was wondering if I can get a refugee ticket.

   I believe the summit will enrich my research and I will benefit from the expertise of the participants.
