Accelerating the professional inclusion of refugee women in France
We are excited to announce a new training part of the #TF4Women Programme: the Pathway!
Starting April 2021, the Pathway is a 3-month online programme designed for asylum seeking and refugee women looking for an opportunity to develop their digital skills and discover new horizons on the job market in France.
Through weekly training sessions with professionals in the tech sector, participants will enrich their professional horizon and strengthen their decision-making.
The pathway is a real springboard to prepare what lies ahead, with an opportunity to join the #TF4Women Fellowship Programme.
THE #TF4WOMEN PATHWAY
This programme is for you if:
You want to work in the world of technology & digital;
You want to develop your online job-search skills;
You have a level B1 minimum in French;
You are a woman with the refugee/subsidiary protection status or having asked asylum in France;
You are at the end of your studies or unemployed.
WHAT DOES THE PATHWAY OFFER?
You will have the opportunity to:
Discover the world of technology & its various jobs;
Develop your Technical & Digital skills;
Develop your job-search skills;
Meet employees in the tech sector;
Practice your french !

Pathway Programme 2021

Applications close (Participants & Volunteers) : March 21th
Programme starts: April 8th
Sessions held online every Thursday, for three months. You will also be invited to participate in social & fun activities outside of official sessions (Karaoke, Hikes, Trivia, Climbing, etc!).
Programme ends : July 7th
