The ConsenSys Lebanon Blockchain Developer Bootcamp is a highly selective, coding-intensive training program carried out over 3 days, followed by a 2-day hackathon where participants will be required to create projects based on their learnings.

The bootcamps’ objectives are to:

  • Train programmers and students and provide them with skills to enable them to find jobs in the Blockchain space
  • Create awareness around blockchain in Lebanon
  • Promote blockchain ideation to leverage blockchain technology in solving some of the challenges Lebanon is facing (winning teams will get funding and opportunity to join an accelerator)

The bootcamp will cover Ethereum concepts, introduce key developer tools and other aspects of smart contract and dApp development including building a front end, and will include security best practices. The event aims at providing everyone with the skills to find a job in the emerging Blockchain scene.

This offer of free tickets is exclusive to people with a refugee status. Non-refugees can get discounted tickets if they can show a valid student card. Prices of tickets range from 250-450$
