Berlin Refugee Hackathon June 4th-5th: The refugee Journey

Some of Europe’s best designers, coders, architects and urban planners (with and without refugee status) are gathering in Berlin this first weekend of June 2016 to discover how technology can improve living conditions for displaced people around the world.

HackSpace is opening up its six-story building in the center of Berlin and partnering with best in class technology and social activist organisations across Europe to take on challenges refugees face in their journey.

Software engineers and tech participants will have 24 hours to prototype and pitch your ideas for the chance to win some amazing prizes.

Join the conversation before and during the hack on Facebook (who’s powering the event)
